Registering with your local GP

To get the most out of your NHS account and app, please ensure that you have connected your account to your registered GP surgery. This ensures that patients are able to access their most up to date medical records when logged into the app. To connect your NHS account with us, simply submit an admin request online. Once our team has received your request, patients will receive a text asking to bring a form of identification into the practice. Once this is completed our reception team can link the accounts the same day. This will then allow you to have full access to all the online services that the NHS App provides.
