How to book doctor’s appointment
To book an appointment with your doctor you will need to complete an online request form and a member of our team will get back to you via telephone or SMS text as soon as possible. This helps us to keep track of your medical queries and ensures that we can provide you with a continuous quality of care.
Alternatively, you can book an appointment using the NHS app.
We ask that patients avoid calling up the practice unless absolutely necessary, and you won’t be able to book an appointment over the phone. Our admin team are able to complete the form for you as a last resort, however we will ask that you attempt to complete the form yourself first, to save time and resources for the practice. If you do require one of our staff to complete the form for you, please understand that we may need to take some information down and call you back at a later time when we are not as busy.
We are no longer able to book appointments or receive repeat prescriptions over the phone and any queries of this nature will be referred back to the website.
We aim to respond to all non-urgent medical queries within 48 hours of the request being sent, depending on our staff’s capacity. for the wait times of all request types please see our wait times page.
