Our telephone number is 020 8946 5681.
Our lines are open from 8.00am but there are some times when all are busy. You will be held in a queue so if you don't get an immediate answer please stay on the line.
Especially so first thing in the morning.
It may be best to phone back later in the day as most of our early calls are for same day appointments.
If you are phoning for results or general information please do this after 11.00am, after the morning rush.
To free up the lines we do not take requests for repeat prescriptions on the phone unless you are housebound.
Phone call consultations. We always prefer to see our patients in surgery. However there are some times when a telephone conversation is necessary. Phone in with the problem and the receptionist will put a message up for the doctor or nurse to contact you during or after the next surgery.
Your own doctor or nurse may be away that day so when it is urgent make sure you say this and the call will be given to the duty doctor

Karen Pace, our Administration Manager.
If you are unable to attend or are phoning on behalf of a housebound person, please try to leave a message for the doctor to contact you by phoning in while morning surgery is running. The doctor will get back to you shortly.
Where possible request home visits before 10.30am.
At other times during the working week a staff member will take and pass on urgent visit requests to the duty doctor or deputising service..
